This policy explains what personal information Synvra Innovations (Private) Limited collects through synvra.ai and when you contact us, why we use it, who receives it, and the rights you have over it.

Synvra Innovations (Private) Limited ("Synvra", "we", "us") is a company registered in Pakistan (SECP Corporate Unique Identification No. 0313398), based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. We decide how the personal information described here is used, which makes us its controller. Contact us about privacy at contact@synvra.ai.
2) What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and enquiries sent to us. Information that laboratories store in the Synvra platform is processed on their behalf under their customer agreement, not under this policy.
3) Information we collect
- Form details: when you use the contact or demo form, your name, work email, company, role, country, the answers you choose about your laboratory, your message, the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: what you send us when you contact us directly.
- Technical data: when you visit, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser details and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Your cookie choice: kept in your own browser. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as health or financial data. Please do not include it in a message.
4) Why we use it, and our legal basis
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on these legal bases:

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Service providers process it for us under contract, only to provide their service:

7) How long we keep it
- Enquiries and demo requests: up to 24 months after our last exchange. If you become a customer, your contract's terms apply instead.
- Your cookie choice: 180 days, in your browser.
- Technical data: kept by our hosting provider only for a limited period, for security and troubleshooting.
8) Your rights
Privacy laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law and the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law give people rights over their personal information. We honour these requests from everyone, wherever you are:
- see a copy of the information we hold about you;
- correct it, or ask us to delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you have given, at any time.
Email contact@synvra.ai. We reply within one month and do not charge for it. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
9) Security
The website and its forms use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to act quickly if something goes wrong.
10) Children
This website is for business users and is not directed at children under 16.
11) Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. We will tell you directly about changes that matter if we are in contact with you.
