Start small, grow fairly
Every package starts with a base fee that includes five lab users, enough for a small accredited team. Each extra lab user adds a fixed amount, published on this page.
Everyone who signs gets their own login
The audit trail only means something if every analyst, reviewer and approver has their own account. Customers using the portal never count as users.
Implementation priced separately and fixed
Onboarding, catalogue import, certificate templates and training are a one-time fee equal to five months of your package's base fee, so you can approve it without a negotiation.
Your certificates stay verifiable
Certificates you issue remain publicly verifiable even if you change package or leave. Your data is always exportable.

- Do you charge per user?
- Fairly. Each package's base fee includes 5 lab users, so a small laboratory pays only for what it uses. Each extra lab user adds a fixed monthly amount that depends on the package, and customers using the portal never count. Above 25 lab users we agree volume pricing.
- Who counts as a lab user?
- Anyone who performs, reviews or approves work in Synvra: analysts, reviewers, approvers, quality and laboratory managers. Your customers using the portal to submit requests and download certificates never count.
- Are these prices the same in every country?
- The list prices are the same everywhere, in US dollars. In several markets we offer regional pricing and invoice in local currency. Choose your country on this page for a personal quotation.
- What is the founding laboratory programme?
- The first 10 laboratories to join receive preferential pricing, locked for 2 years, in return for regular feedback and, once live, agreeing to act as a reference. Ask about it when you request a quotation.
- What does implementation include?
- A one-time fixed fee equal to five months of your package's base fee: US$2,500 for Core and US$5,000 for Compliance, while Complete is scoped and quoted from US$8,500. It covers discovery, controlled import of your test catalogue and customers, your certificate template, role setup, training and 30 days of go-live support. Historical data migration is scoped separately.
- What support is included?
- Every package includes standard support by email and WhatsApp, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Pakistan time. We respond within 4 business hours when the system is unavailable, and within 1 business day for everything else. Priority support is available on request.
- Can we try it first?
- Yes. A paid 90-day pilot runs one site and one workflow on your own data, for up to 5 lab users, at a fixed US$1,500 for Core or Compliance. If you sign the annual contract within the pilot, the full pilot fee is credited against your implementation fee.
- Which currencies do you invoice in?
- Pakistani rupees in Pakistan, Saudi riyals in Saudi Arabia, UAE dirhams in the UAE, and US dollars elsewhere. Payment by bank transfer or card.
- Can we install Synvra on our own servers?
- Synvra runs as a managed cloud service, so every laboratory gets security updates and new capabilities at the same time, with no servers to maintain or validate. If your data must stay in a particular country, ask us about dedicated hosting.
- What happens to our data and certificates if we leave?
- Your data is exportable at any time, and certificates you have issued remain publicly verifiable permanently.
